By enrolling in a course or purchasing an educational service from Vidhyantu Learning, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the applicable course terms, fees, schedule, and this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Customers are encouraged to review the course details carefully before making a payment.
A refund request may be submitted by the student, parent, or authorized customer by contacting Vidhyantu Learning at:
Email: vidhyantulearning@gmail.com
The request should include:
Student's name
Parent/guardian name, where applicable
Registered mobile number
Registered email address
Course or service purchased
Payment/transaction reference
Reason for requesting cancellation/refund
Unless a different refund condition is specifically mentioned on the relevant course or enrollment page:
Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
The student should not have substantially used, completed, downloaded, or consumed the course or its digital learning resources.
For live classes, refund eligibility may depend on whether classes have already commenced.
If substantial course content, classes, tests, study material, recordings, or other digital resources have been accessed or consumed, the refund may be reduced or may not be available.
Registration, admission, processing, or other clearly identified non-refundable charges will not be refunded.
Where a specific course page or enrollment agreement provides different refund terms, those specific terms will apply to that course.
Due to the nature of digital educational services, refunds may not be available after substantial access or consumption of:
Recorded lectures
Downloadable study materials
Digital notes
Test series
Online assessments
E-books or digital resources
Course modules
Other digital educational content
Once digital content has been substantially accessed or downloaded, the service may be considered delivered, subject to applicable consumer and data-protection laws.
For live classes, tutoring, mentoring, or personalized learning programs, refund eligibility may depend on:
Whether the program has started
Number of classes already attended
Number of classes already delivered
Learning materials already provided
Personalized services already performed
Duration of the enrollment period
Once significant personalized teaching or tutoring services have been provided, the amount refundable may be reduced accordingly or may not be refundable.
Vidhyantu Learning reserves the right to cancel, postpone, modify, or discontinue a course or program due to circumstances including:
Insufficient enrollment
Faculty or operational issues
Technical problems
Unforeseen circumstances
Force majeure events
Changes to the educational program
If Vidhyantu cancels a program before providing the purchased service, an eligible customer may receive a refund of the applicable amount paid for the cancelled service, subject to applicable terms and law.
Alternatively, where appropriate, Vidhyantu may offer the option to transfer enrollment to another available batch, course, or schedule.
After receiving a valid refund request, Vidhyantu Learning will review the request and communicate the outcome to the customer.
If a refund is approved, it will normally be processed through the original payment method or another appropriate payment mechanism.
The time taken for the amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, or other financial institution.
Where permitted by applicable law and clearly disclosed to the customer, payment gateway, transaction, or processing charges that have already been incurred may be deducted from an otherwise eligible refund.
If a customer has accidentally made a duplicate payment for the same course or service, the customer should contact us as soon as possible.
After verification, the duplicate amount may be refunded through the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-processing procedures.
If money has been debited from a customer's account but the transaction is shown as unsuccessful or the course enrollment has not been completed, the customer should contact Vidhyantu Learning with the transaction details.
Where the payment was not successfully received by Vidhyantu, the amount will generally be handled through the relevant payment gateway or banking system according to its applicable procedures.
A refund may generally not be available where:
The refund request is submitted after the applicable refund period.
Substantial course content has been accessed or consumed.
Digital materials have been downloaded or substantially used.
A significant portion of live classes or personalized services has already been delivered.
The customer has violated applicable course or service terms.
The customer simply chooses not to continue after substantial use of the service.
These conditions are subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and any specific terms communicated for the relevant course.
If you believe your refund request has not been handled correctly, you may contact Vidhyantu Learning at:
Email: vidhyantulearning@gmail.com
Please include your transaction details and relevant supporting information so that we can investigate the matter.
Vidhyantu Learning may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in its services, payment processes, or applicable legal requirements.
The latest version will be published on the Vidhyantu Learning website.
